My friend Just swapped a b20 in his integra, and after wards. On occasion it wouldn't let him rev past 4,000 rpms like it was hittting a fuel cut.But now it wont even let him move the car and sometimes when he revs itll shut off. He also does have a remote start alarm system. When He turns his key on the check engine light goes CRAZY and you can hear some kind of relay clicking. I think it may be the fuel pump relay? Going bad becuase its acting like it hits a fuel cut and at the same time his tach (factory in dash) goes crazy. Any ideas?

 

replace the main fuel relay there known for goin bad in the DA

Main fuel relay is behind the, plastic panel that the coin tray is in just remove that panel and its a big brown relay with a harnes plugged into it you can't miss it.Thats more than likely the problem.

 

also check your ground that is on the water pump housing. Many many times ive seen people leave it loose!
