Default how to get a tittle for a bike

well guys i need help i will like to find out how i could get a tittle for a lil 200 cc bike that my boi left me when he left the state he has one off these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Other...QQcmdZViewItem and he also left a bill of sale for me i dont really noe what to do but i will like to get some help trying to get my little 200cc ninja bike on the road well thanx guys

heh heh....TITTLE You don't suppose you could just call your BOI and have him send you the TITTLE? unless he just totally skipped town never to be heard from again....it happens

Goto DMV and apply for a lost title. Tell them you have had the bike for atleast 3 months, this will make it easier to get the paperwork going as they see you have had the bike a while. You will need the usual info, like Vin #, make, model, and year. Really not hard to do but it takes forever.
