Default Should i hook this back up?

Ok a while ago i had a MSD SCI and blaster ss external coil hooked up to my 2000 civic and my dizzy shit on me. Millenium auto said it shit because of the MSD being on an OBD2 car(kind of wierd). I have a p28 i am in stalling as soon as i get the rite conversio harness. Should i wait to hook it up after i swich ECUs or was i fed a load of crap and just go ahead and hook it back up?

I would not hook it back up! Personally I listen to what a shop says They do work on cars for a living.
