Default Honda S2000 question

I just have one questions about the honda S2000's. The 2000-2003 have the F20C that redlines at 9K. The 2004-2005 have the F22C that redlines at 8K. What does the new 2006-2007 F22C redline at

2006-2007 had an all new engine? I was pretty sure the F22C1 from 2003-present were the same.

Don't quote me, I'm subscribing because I'm curious myself.

I was thinking the 2004-05 had the better motor but they only rev to 8K is that extra 1K worth it in the 2000-03 F20C??
