if ur thinkin bout getttin one try 2 drive both, I have a 2000 I love it, I have heard the argument go for both sides... I like the bumper on the ap2's but other than that im all for ap1

I love my 03, but the 04-05's are suppose to have +10 tq. I would suggest an 02-03, so you get the glass rear window in the softtop. But, you should really go drive an AP1 and an AP2, and see which one you like.

What needs to be done to make the AP2 rev to 9k reliably?? Build the head new or chipped ECU....

He'd be switching to a hardtop if he were smart anyway. So, no need for that either.

But you can at least tell how corny the AP2 interior is.


And remember, that red car is still cheaper than the AP2.
