Its stripped pretty good. Also I have a bolt that was torqued off. Do I drill through or what? If someone could help that would be awesome.

what I've heard that works (albiet a little abstract) is to weld another bolt to the head of the stripped one, and then go at it.

Is any of the threads protruding from the block or is it flush? If there is enough you can maybe use an extractor socket, if it's flush...well start drilling. Be careful and use a smaller drill bit than the actual hole, and make sure you tap it before you try putting another bolt in.
EDIT: I thought I read "block". I'm assuming your working with the rear lower control arm and the bolt through it broke. Give that up, it's not even worth the hassle. Bring the shock and lca down together in one piece, and get a new lca b/c that bolt isn't comin out (I know from alot of experience). If you need the shock, get an impact and snap off the tac welded nut from the shock. May have to do a little cutting, but should manage to get the shock off. Then just use a standard bolt/nut setup when it goes back together.

Re: I need help w/stripped bolt on the shock.
Yea I've got another set of shocks and springs Im putting on there. So I drilled it pretty good so Im thinking of just cutting the shock prong on the other side of bolt where it is threaded so I can just get a socket and just turn it till I can pull it through. Think it is a good idea or what.

I'm telling you dude...it will be a miracle for you to get that bolt out of the lca. You can try, but most likely will need a new one. Buy some aftermarkets, or call a junkyard. I had to end up getting one from some place out in Bower's Hill. No yard around here will having anything for a civic/integra for very long.
