Rather then discussing whats already been done to the car.
Like i said in my post, it needs a good breather setup. AKA crankcase pressure.

I had a 91' Civic Hatch Si that had the same problem in a way...but all I did was change the headgasket and had my engine drink some Engine Restorer and prayed to god that I solved the problem. Which it worked...in the long run numerous people bought my car and I found out later on the kid fell asleep and totaled the car
