Whats the difference on the front knuckles?

Say someone has a USDM 5lug, but they want the splines of the JDM one. Could one just press apart the hub. Take the USDM one off, and put the JDM one on?

Are the wheel bearings the same size?

 

usdm 5 lug as in like new-er' civic's, and acura TL's and shit like that, or is there something im missing?

RSX axles don't fit in the USDM ones.

 

USDM ITR and JDM ITR has the same size that are 5 lug.

the ONLY difference whatsoever is the spline diameter of the JDM ones. they are 36mm. US is 32. EVERYTHING else is the exact same dimension/part
