Default turbo kit questions

i am looking for a good/reliable turbo kit. i want a t3 preferably, and i want a/c retainable. any suggestions, or should i attempt in making my own kit(ie. peicing together my own stuff)

sorry 96 integra ls (never boosted a car before learning experience on my way of doing it. looking for maybe 250-300 somewere in there stock internals)
