Default priming turbo oil line?

i mean i know your suppose to d/c your coil packs to prevent the car from starting. well it hurt if you prime the turbo when the manifold/turbo/downpipe etc is already on your block, or are you suppose to prime it when your stock header is still on your engine? 2 guys told me im suppose to prime it when my stock header is still in place but i didnt think it would matter since im d/c the coil packs so the car wont start.

I dont really understand what you're trying to ask but this is how I prime a turbo.

With the turbo on the car, off it or whatever, put oil into the oil feed hole. While putting oil in it turn the shaft ( I used a turkey baster kinda of thing).

When getting ready to start the car and everything hooked up, have the cps or coils unhooked and the oil feed line disconnected in a cup. Start turning the engine over (dont crank more than 10 turns or you will fry your starter) till you can see oil coming out of the feed line into the cup. Connect the oil line and start cranking again. I usually crank, letting it turn over 10 times then stop for a couple secs crank again stop then crank one more time.

You should be good after that.
