So I have a nice little "Disobey Highway Sign" ticket that I'm ready to pay off. I went to the VA courts site to handle this online and it appears that my name was misspelled in the courts database.

All other information is correct, and I realize that certain errors will not make a difference in terms of conviction, but would this sort of error exonerate me from the charge?

My initial thought is probably not, but I'm uncertain of the technicalities.

one time my ticket said i was white.....didnt work..

 

too bad you didnt get that ticket around where im from... cause it probablly woulda gotten thrown out...I had a speeding ticket with no time on it...cop felt stupid and i got off. I also got an underage drinking ticket this summer...I'm 22. That one got thrown out too.
