i would think that means hes off the hook if he goes to court. its worth a try anyway. ive seen them let people off cause a number or letter was off on the ticket.

Might work, but I always prepare for the worse. If it is a big ticket, get a lawyer, he will know how to make it work to get you off. If it is a nothing ticket, just prepay it. Thats the easiest way. Never know what can happen in court.

When it comes to court it all depends on your lawyer and how the Judge feels that morning. Hopefully he had a good breakfast and a mornin BJ! lol
