Default Turn Signals

Just did some work on my tail lights. After putting the taillight assembly back in, the driver side front and rear signals are fine, but the passenger side front is blinking really fast, and the rear is not working at all. Any ideas? I'm thinking blown fuse somewhere.

if a bulb is out or not plugged in, the light on that side will blink fast letting you know to check/replace it.
