room for rent.

525 A MONTH, EVERYTHING INCL, DIRECT TV, WIRELESS NET, CENTRAL AIR, GENERATOR! I have tried to have a few friends/family live in the spare room in my house and its just not working. I am looking for someone who will pay the rent on time and not play childish games when the first rolls around. The house is located off of va.beach blvd near rosemont rd. We are just minutes away from the highway on rosemont rd, and about 15 mins from va beach ocean front and norfolk. The house is fully furnished w/ everything except washer and dryer, and we are getting them fixed. Every room has a celing fan, and diming lights w/ remotes, house has central air, new cabnits and counter-tops, new hardwood floor in bedroom, ect. We also have direct tv in every room, and wireless net. 2 driveways, carport and garage.Currently in the house it is myself and my wife, and my best friend of 5 years. We have lived in the house for 2 years. The lease is until aug 08, and if you like it here we will re-new the lease. I also have 2 dogs. Both are very, very, VERY friendly and sometimes a pain in the ass because they always want to play. 1 is a mini pit, full grow at 25-30lbs and a american bull dog thats 85-90lbs.
