ok i was driving to work and the motor cut out
i pulled over and checked the bay and smelled this nasty smell
i guessed the smell was from the alternator so i changed it out
i was rite the smell came from the alternator the dude at the store checked it and said it was burned out
after the install the smell went away but it still wouldnt start
so then i thought it was the starter i took it out and checked it
it seemed fine to me so i put it back in still no start
when i try to kick it over all i hear is this sound like the starter is just spinning it sounds like when you pick up a RC car and the tires spin in the air so im going to get a new starter and try that


does anyone know what it could be other than what i have tried

any help would be helpful
