There is something different aout it, I dunno what exactly because I asked Demetrius up at Abacus Racing and he said it woudln;t work for some reason, at least the Precision Turbo kit, I'll ask him why it won;t work or what needs to be modified.

Default SVT turbo kit...

Good to see another SVTF owner out there...

The ZX3 kit won't work for our cars for a number of reasons...1st the intake is in a different location...the ZX3 is in the middle while ours in closure to the drivers side of the engine bay, second...electronics...3rd...Our compression is 10.2:1 while the ZX3 is a more boost friendly 9-9.5:1 or something like that.

Don't worry though-There are kits out there...I know that focuspower.com list an SVT-specific kit but it goes for like $5,800 and you have to have it tuned by there shop in N. Carolina. I Think Gude has one aswell.

I strongly reccomend that you check out the SVT forum on myfordfocus.com and see what they have to say. There is a lot of good info to be found there. Focaljet is good, too.

the zx3 and the svt are 2 different engines.. can be swapped but not used for parts upon each other...
