Dose anyone know any good lawyers for bike wrecks? I got in a wreck tonight with this lady in a van she hit me head on due to her crossing over the center line into my lane. my bike was totalded ofcoarse and her van had a flat front tire and frontend damage. im ok other then a little road rash, but she is claming that i came into her lane and hit her which the police are taking her side, so im looking for a lawyer to sue her and get her or her insurance to pay for my bike. so if anyone has been threw anything like this or any advice would help alot. Im thinking about one of those lawyers you see on TV and say they dont charge you unless you win and all but i gotta look more into it. thanks for the help

maybe good back to the scene and take your own pics. and show them to the lawyer you choose. if court doesnt go well maybe make an appeal?

yea im very happy to be alive and i went back today to take all pictures that turned out pretty good.. did anyone ride by and see maybe? it was wed. around 730pm on indian river by the intersection of lynnhaven and indian river.

 

mike imprevento, from briet, drescher, and imprevento. he rides (also a customer of mine) and he's a kick ass lawyer. same guy from the commercials sitting on his chop saying "bikers have rights too).

best i can think of as far as lawyers go.
