Engine idles rough and shakes alot

Ok my friend has a 95 geo prizm and like When ever his car is in park or at a red light it shakes alot and idles rough but the car never turns off. Any body have any ideas im thinkin its something simple.

plugs/wires/coil/check the simple shit first.

deffinatly check the motor monts, does the car drive fine maybe the timing belt could have slipped
