I'm looking to get started into real estate and making it into a career. I know you have to go to school and pass a test, but I'm not sure what school offers the program. Anyone know anybody or anyone here a agent that could help me out? Also, can anyone kind of name the plus and minuses of being one? I think it'd be a pretty cool job, and it'd be something I enjoy.
