Default Changing Gauge needle for a Civic Si (EM1)

I want to change the gauge needles to Hyper Red (99 civic si OEM gauge), something like this:

But when I look up the kits on these, they only have them for +01 civics. Just thought I'd ask if anyone has any opinions on this. Thanks in advance.

I take it you're out of luck. Maybe you should spend the money on something to make your car faster.
