Default Where to Get my Wheels Painted

Alright so I picked up some new Work Meister S1's and I am looking to get the center sections repainted/powdercoated. FIRST thing I did was call Precision Powder, but Lou told me that since the wheel had a polished lip and I didn't want that coated, then it wouid be risky and he advised I sand it and paint it.

For starters, I don't have the time to do it all by myself, so I am wondering if anyone knows a place that will either A. Powdercoat the centers or B. Paint the wheels for me. Any input would be great. Thanks!

Its hard to powder coat a section of a piece... Powder coating involves static in the "painting" process...

If it were me (but then again I'm a big DIY'er) I'd tape it and paint it myself...

Scuff w/ Scotch brite pad, wash w/ dawn THOROUGHLY, let dry THOROUGHLY, tape (don't half ass), prime and then shoot your paint before the primer stops flashing so you don't have to rescuff, rewash and retape...

can you send me pics of the wheels? I do this a lot, a lot. How much are you looking to spend?

lou has done many wheels without coating a polished lip...

he has some 22 inch chrome wheels there the other day and they were powdercoating the spokes...

so he can definately coat the wheels without messing up the lips...

See and that's what I thought, I have seen people on here that have done it through them before, but for some reason he didn't want to do my wheels or at least he advised me to go elsewhere.

Naptime: I will shoot you a PM in a few. I am not sure how much something like this would even cost.
