Default HELP,swapping a b18a for a b18a and found a sensor that the new one doesn't have

i have a 91 da and im am pulling the motor(b18a1) out right now(took a break to come in here to check on this) I bought another motor, which is suppose to be from a 93 teg (?) it also is a b18a1, but there is two connectors that are on the motor that im pulling that are not on the new motor.they are right next to one another, pluged into the same sensor.one is black and the other is yellow with a green stripe, the wires dont have a plastic plug they go into, they just have female connectors on the ends that slide over two prongs, and they have a rubber cover over them.this is right next to the alternator.any one know what they are,and if i'll need them on the motor that i'm tring to put in?really need some help asap, thanks
