You should buy spray paint and paint them?

Aircraft stripper / Sanding

There's a ton of "DIY" on the internet

Since its most likely rattle bomb the old paint should come off pretty easy w/o aircraft stripper... 320 should take it off fine... Prime the wheels then paint...

I like to pee on my wheels when I repaint them. I find it's the easiest way to remove the paint
