eg passanger head light not gettn power??

Default eg passanger head light not gettn power??
My passanger headlight does not turn on. i thought it was the hid but when i plugged in both stock bulbs they do not turn on either. havent got anything from honda tech so i want to see what i can get from here. any help would be great!

check the fuse box near the battery should be two fuses one for each side see if they are blown also what year car
