hey all,
I was wondering if I could get an inspection with a test pipe on.
I know VA doesnt have smog test but im kinda worried if they would still fail me for having a test pipe. Do I have to replace my pipe before I drop my car off or am i still going to be ok?
If this is an issue, can anyone pm me a shop in or around richmond where I can get an inspection?
