ok i have a obd1 distributer that i need wired up with obd0
conecters...... to match my harness..... i need to find someone that can do this soon... i need my shit together like today or tomorow...... that is the only thing that i need done.....i don't know if the wires match up perfectly or not......(color for useage wise) so someone give me a call if you know someone that knows how and wants to or if you can..... i won't be on here too long so call me my name is dave and my number is 757-344-6948

i wired one up and fried it so i know the colors are fucking different.... it probubly doesn't help that i am color blind....

obd 0 has difrent pickups than obd 1 it whont work what kind of dist do you need

 

it won't work unless you change over to obd1....obd0 and obd1 has a different Crank sensor (CKP) ...the Crank sensor in a obd0 has 16 teeth compared to the obd1/2 which has 24 teeth...you'll get a CEL...the plugs are different but even if you change the plugs, the sensor is different and will give the incorrect signal to the ECU...

ok so what do i do..... i have a single cam v tec motor in my crx and i have the original obd0 wiring harness... what the hell do i do then i need to get my shit running... and that is the only thing holding me back..... i need to know how to wire the obd1 distributor into my obd0 harness.... i am about to get off here

there is a shop called tuners edge just opened up in newport news those guys up there DO know what they are doing give them a call i think they will pinout the whole ecu a rewire for a fair price....one of my freinds just had his 91 hatchback wired by them for like 300.00. and they did it pretty quick.

 

it will not work you need to use a obd 0 dist.
