I have 2003 Jetta 157K miles automatic.

Timing belt has been changed at around 120K. It has brand new rear tires. No body damage, but from bumper seems to be repainted before. Interior might use some cleaning.

Problem - From 2nd to 3rd it takes a longer(up to 4k rpm) to shift. All other gears work normally. Check engine light is on. It trows P0733 - incorrect 3rd gear ratio. When code is reset - tranny works perfectly fine for sometime until code comes back.
Instrument cluster doesn't show what gear transmission is on. And cluster has a delay in showing speed when car is cold. For example, you will be driving 60 and it only shows 20 mph. Slowly it will reach 60. And after a few minutes, cluster starts working fine

My mechanic saying it has to do something with speed sensors and gear sensors. Both problems might be related.

I have no time and desire fixing it.
