Due to a death in my family I am having to rent my house to move in and help my mother-in-law. This house is awesome and has been real good to us. I hope if any of you are looking for a rental that you will check it out. If you know anyone that may be transferring in military wise and let them know I would greatly appreciate it. Everything is updated inside and new windows put in last yr. A short bike ride to Mount Trashmore and easy access to 264. Small shed and 8x16 slab for car storage or other uses. Large wooden playset with a slide is also in the backyard. Rent would be $1550. Thanks driven.

It's pretty average for Virginia Beach. It's pretty expensive here, but that's by no means out of the ordinary for a house like that.
