selling because i do not have the time or money to fix this car up. All power options work as well as SID unit which is notorious for going out. turbo still spools very well. water pump, rear brake pads, brake booster, pcv valves and hoses have all been replaced recently.

the bad:
no a/c. all cylinders have equal compression and are in spec except for cylinder #1. head gasket has been check and is not blown. i'm guessing it needs a new piston ring or a valve is not seating properly. my loss is your gain. this car has a lot of potential i just need it out of the driveway. not in a rush to sell but i wont just give it away. all trades and offers will be considered. pm if you have any questions

you have the wrong DIC (coil pack) on your 9-5

specs on the wheels?

 

Wheels are 17's
245/45/17

I don't know what would make you think it's the wrong coil pack but it's not. It's the the same oem one it's always had just painted red. They are not suppose to sit flat like the older saabs.

 

ahh you said it there... painted red
red DIC is an indication of T5, black DIC is an indication of T7
ive been working on saab for quite some time now and just know what too look for under the hood on these cars
