My roommate I believe is looking to sublease his room for the summer, and instead of getting someone random, I'd prefer to have someone that I'd trust more and relate to more, so I figured Id toss the idea up to you guys on here. The room would be in a 4 bedroom townhouse, we have a deck, a grill, a 42" HDTV with HDTV programming, a pooltable, 2.5 baths, and its an end unit. Again, I just feel that Id trust you guys a heck of a lot more than any old random person out there, so to save him some hassle as well as any potential headaches of mine I figured I would throw the idea up at you guys.
