Good muffler shop in Richmond?
i bought a new high flow cat and i just called Tuffy's muffler shop to see if they could install it but they said they wouldn't install outside parts. does anyone know of a good place that will install this for me for a reasonable price in the richmond area (especially northside). thanks.

MOST places won't touch a cat unless it's over 10yrs old or it's damaged.
Punch a hole in it then take it somewhere else like Tony's muffler on rt10.

Because it's illegal to change a cat unless it's over 10 years old or damaged.
Most shops are not going to risk a 10k fine for a $50 job.
