Default need help..auto to manual conversion

ok im about to drop a b16 in my crx. the main problem is that its an automatic and im converting it to a manual. what all will i have to buy separately that does not originally come with a swap? this is what i found so far but can't find anything else. please help

5 Speed Transmission
Transmission Mounts and Brackets
Clutch Master, Clutch Slave and Line
Axles and Carrier Shaft
Pedal Set
Shift Linkage or Shift Cables
5 Speed Computer
Center Console with Shift Lever

and- where would i go to buy this stuff? just a regular shop like pep boys? and if so, they usually ask for make/model/year to look up parts, do i just tell them 88crx or do i have to inform them its a bseries swap. excuse my ignorance on all this, im learning!! any help would be appreciated. THANKS!!

The tranny and computer will come with your B16 swap, the mounts and axles you have to get for all CRX B16 swaps, and the rest of the parts you can find at a junkyard or if someone is parting out a manual CRX. Do a search for the axles, you'll either have to buy axles for that swap or peice them together yourself from a few cars. Try Hasport and places like that for the mounts, there are a million posts about this swap if you poke around a little..
