Re: B16 CRX Limp Mode Problem
well if it was a new swap ..for some reason i have done 3 b16 swaps in crx and they all threw code 6 for some odd reason ..and the only way to fix it would be to un hook my reverse lights from my transmission...sounds weird but beleive it or notevery time i hooked them up it through the coolant sensor code ..oww and it only did this in an HF not an si or anything else for sum reason ?? iono

Re: B16 CRX Limp Mode Problem
It is an HF, and thank you very much, I will try that and let you know if it works. Fucking wierd, I never would have thought of that. After I disconnect them, can I hook back up, or not?

I just pulled the plug on the front of tranny for backup light and it worked. I don't trust myself to cut wires, I'll fuck something up. Thanks for your help.

Re: B16 CRX Limp Mode Problem
THATS THE BIGGEST BULLSHIT I'VE EVER HEARD....
...but i had the same problem with a rev limit at 7600, no codes though, i unplugged my reverse switch too and it raised the rev limit to normal. I was like haha wtf, all this time I could have fixed it by this stupid shit. thanks
btw, its a b16 swap in place of the old ls-vtec in an OBD-0 DA integra
