Where do you tap the oil line for a trubo setup on a B16? Isnt it under the VTEC Selenoid on the block? Also...ideas for tapping the coolant line for this turbo. Im to the understanding that the BOV doesnt have to be recirculated on the B16 becasue it is not MAFS its MAPS. Just wanted to check a few things out before starting this project...thanks for the help.

 

most people tap it at the oil pressure sending unit with a 2 way T....and no the blow off valve does not have to be recirculated on a b series......

 

Thank you. Someone told me long ago to do it by the vtec selonoid. The OPSU sounds better.

 

My friend has had it under the distributer for years. I had mine at the OPSU, both ways will work, feeding from the head requires less oil feed line.
