what is the difference between a b16a longblock and shortblock, and which one is better?

A long block is the block, head, and all the internals. It has no Manifolds, injectors, or fuel rails. A short block is I think just the bare block, but im not 100% sure.

Oh yeah, so obviously one is not better, they are just more or less complete.
