In dire need of someone with a helms, haynes, or chilton manual for an h22. I have to put my motor back together this weekend and have none of the torque specs for the head.
need as soon as poss. wanted to start tonight. needs to be done by sunday morning. any help would be great.

someone has to have the specs for me

 

1st 27 ft lbs
2rd 56 ft lbs
3rd 74 ft lbs

those are for the head bolts.
