That bitch should be in jail, she admitted to letting him steer the car, re: kid not in a child seat. She asked for it. Also she needs to have the insurance not cover him (not approved driver) and she has to pay out of pocket for damages.

Smart kid... it was a Geo Metro (per the news). He wanted a playstation game so he decided to go get it... bumped a bunch of cars along the way

i used to steer the car as a little kid (around 5 or so) while sitting in my mom's lap.. but it was never more than like 4 blocks at a time or on a busy street at all.
