Default jdm vs usdm b18b exhast header

Would a jdm exhaust header help out a b18b motor better than a usdm headeR?

it's a stock header still, not even worth the effort of putting it on. buy an aftermarket or dont worry about it.

only stock manifold that flows well is the B18c5. unless you're putting that on aftermarket is better. SS if you can afford it.
