D16 Turbo - Running Rich

dseries turbo set up...i know there could be a million things...seems when the turbo starts to kick in (3500), heavy black smoke comes out...wtf?

yup your running really rich ... happened all the time on my d16 ....whats your fuel managment? afc hack?

well i had the same thing happen and....... the seals in the turbo were done with. not long after my waste gate locked up and everything went down hill from there. whats the stats on the turbo your using? new, used, size? but if you are just running rich then i wouldnt worry about to much except your going to be slow
