it was about 70 degrees here and the barometer was 29.3

the air was far from perfect

there were 3 new mustang gt's running 13.7-13.8s

i race a 2004 cobra on the 13.24 pass to his 13.17 which was his best of the night

i have to say this is a badass car it really is awesome!!

im into fast cars as you will see in my sig . and im pretty well know in the ls1-ls6 forums with the gto&Z06

but i have to say the srt8 is an all around great ride

everyone was amazed at the track tonight with this car

temp tag on the back window and less than 1000 miles on the odometer

when it cools down here and a cold air intake and exhaust
i can see 12.7s with no problem

i picked up the beast 10 days ago and its been great

guys its all in the 60 ft as my 60fts went down ofcourse the et's followed

i found that my car 60ft best by launch off idle

my first run i break tourqed to almost 2000 rpms
next run lower and so on till i left on idle with no wheel spin at all

 

those cars are hot.

 

Thats a lot better than I would've expected. Any idea if they are faster/slower than the SRT-8 Charger?

Probably equal to the SRT8 charger, considering they're the same car basically except for body cladding. Think Camaro SS and Trans Am WS6, both the same car with the same drivetrain, they just look a tad different.

Weight difference and other factors may prove to make a difference as well. But you never know.

His slip looks a lot like a lot of mine do, except for the being in the 12s part. Worst part is I have more mph in the 1/8th.

 

Weight difference would be minimal if any, the Charger is a 300C with a Magnum front end. Everything else is the same.
