holy SHIT, it may be cuz i got 1 hr of sleep last night, but that sentence was fuckin hilarious ahahahahahaha, first of all, its "title" and "license" and secondly, u could probly get the best answer from the dmv. But I also believe if its 50cc or over u need to register it and have the title and all the regular title.
