Nothing is better then when they call your name and then you start the long walk to the podium, then you hear the magical words "Unfortunetly the officer could not be here today, your free to go" Oh those sweet sweet words.

Sheet...the last time I went to court and the officer didn't show up, I went to jail...tried in his absense. I didn't even think they could do that...next thing I know I am in the holding pen, then walking funny with the ankle cuffs and hand cuffs to the jailhouse. All for wreckless driving...well 3 of them in a month.

Aint that some good ole justice system bullshit. I could rant all day about the judicial branch of this nation and the lack of checks and balances on it.

A lot of people have already said it, but they don't do that anymore... Unless the officer has left the force, passed away, or transfered they will just reschedule.


Although I have gotten a few charges in the past that way.
