Honestly, why would you bring him back? He did nothing but start shit for no apparent reason, then proceeded to create new names over and over again after he was originally banned.
reasons to let him back:
1) he is willing to go through an indefinate probation period
2) the people who had altercations with at the time of his banishment have long since been resolved completely peacefully
3) he was not even given a warning ban... it was changed from temporary ban to perma ban
4) everyone deserves a 2nd chance?
he has expressed multiple times to me and mods that he is truely sorry and he will be on his best behavior if allowed to return....
