Honestly, why would you bring him back? He did nothing but start shit for no apparent reason, then proceeded to create new names over and over again after he was originally banned.

 

he has expressed multiple times to me and mods that he is truely sorry and he will be on his best behavior if allowed to return....

reasons to let him back:
1) he is willing to go through an indefinate probation period
2) the people who had altercations with at the time of his banishment have long since been resolved completely peacefully
3) he was not even given a warning ban... it was changed from temporary ban to perma ban
4) everyone deserves a 2nd chance?

 

This is what happens when you make up 3 different names within a couple days.

He would have had a second chance if he wasn't a fucking idiot. I know that hes your friend, but you have to try to view the situation dispassionately. He threatened someone and was given a temp. ban (which is lenient, considering I was almost banned for telling him that my sister would be able to kick his ass). He would have been back if he wasn't stupid.
