Just as i thought....3 is MAP sensor. Your ecu thinks you are running at WOT all the time thus DUMPING in fuel. Make sure your map sensor is wired right and has a much lower voltage while the engine is running vs. just the key being on. Also make sure you have a vacuum source running too it and the vacuum isn't plugged up by something. I swear everytime i see a car drinking fuel like this its almost guaranteed its a map sensor issue.
