License question
Just some info I need.
When I moved to VA, I switched my NJ license over in 1999. In 2005, it was time to renew my DL. However, I renewed the drivers portion, but didn't have time to renew the Motorcycle portion(I was being mobilized for the Reserves). I took the MSF in NC back in 1996. I would like to get back into the sportbike community and looking into my options of what I need to get another VA license.
Can I take the written test and use my MSF card as a waiver from taking a road test? Didn't see any concrete info on DMV's site.
Any help is appreciated.

I know that normally the MSF course will take the place of the road course, but I am not sure if yours might have been taken too far back or not. Best bet would be to ask the DMV directly.

I may just take the MSF course again being it is easier that way and I am sure things have changed since I was 21.

U still have to take the permit test
Your motorcycle license expired so u have to start from scratch, believe me, been there done that!!
That quote is for 19 OR OLDER THAT NEVER HAD A LICENSE-DRIVER
The MSF is to waive from taking the riding test

Well yeah I have to take the written test, but There is no time frame from that to getting my license being I already held one here. Man I should have just renewed that damn thing....lol
