It doesn't make any sense, you are talking about an act that violates others rights (viewing porn in public) to one that doesn't (2 guys making out). Just because you find something offensive doesn't necessarily mean your rights are being violated. I can find Honda Civics to be offensive but that doesn't mean civic drivers are violating my rights.

Children viewing pornography can be very damaging, which does violate their rights...

That whole statement is contradictory. First you say people can't choose then in the very next sentence you say they can...

Normally I would say this guy is a moron, but I am trying to be nice today. He makes these statements because of stereotypes with the majority of the holier than thou conservatives who screw everything up trying to force their beliefs through laws. I am huge conservative but I don't believe in forcing my views on people. Stereotypes exist because a common trait is seen among a group of people and turned into an absolute. But what he forgets is that the majority of the people he just referenced are not in office any more. He must not have seen the control change over last year. That's OK though; for some, staying on top of all these current events is difficult. These laws were made by our current extortionists. That is why I am using a simple new voting policy.

Everything sucks right now so if you are in office I am voting against you. Maybe we can get our beloved Mayor of VB out in the next decade and get someone who will do something for the city.

No, I don't think there should be a law.

Neither should someone viewing porn on a 7" screen in the back of an SUV with tinted windows be prosecuted by a dumb ass law. How much could a child possibly see from 10ft or more away. I have a 7" monitor in my truck with an 8ft bed and it is barely visible to see what happening on the screen standing at the tailgate.

On the same token I would not call the police on two homosexuals having sex in the back of their car because A. it isn't my business and B. I wouldn't allow my kid to spy in the widow to watch them.

However if the guy has a 32" Plasma attached to the last row of seats displaying porn and a stereo soundtracking it then I see no issue in prosecuting him.

First off I see no reason to be watching porn in a moving vehicle, or in public period. If you feel the need to watch porn outside of the privacy of your own home, you have issues.

Secondly dark tint is illegal in VA (another thing you would get a ticket for). Thirdly, unless you're blind, you CAN see plenty on a 7" screen, especially when passing said vehicle.

Also I would call the cops on ANYONE having sex where there is a potential for kids to see it. If you're in public you just made it EVERYONES business.
