we should all call and ask for the coporate number because we want to complain about him we can say we were a customer in the store at the time and we thought he was out of line and disrespectful ill do it

I seriously fucking hate that advanced auto.. I live right down the street from there and they are all just fucking idiots.. Tried to buy some ngk bkr7e's and they refused to sell me any because it wasn't listed for the car and they didn't know how else to look it up.. Tried to buy a cutoff wheel for something else and I ended up pointing the box out to the idiot behind the counter.. He had no clue what a cutoff wheel was.. I probably would have gone off on that guy.
He should have taken that AC unit back. The only tricky thing with the AC unit is that in order to have a warranty on the product, you have to buy all three components and replace them at the same time. It has something to do with the fact that if you swap only one piece, the other two existing pieces can screw up the new part.
You will probably hear back from AAP. They are very well known to literally bend over so far backwards for their customers that their backs almost snap.
