RX8 or SR20DET 240SX?
lol mazda doesnt even service old rotaries, they ask for you to pull it then they give u a referbed one.
i dont know if they still do this now but when my friend was working on his 13b mazda told them that.

I'm speaking in terms of warranties though. If their warranty is, take it out and replace it, then fuck mazda and their RX8's.
naw they'll just reflash your rx-8 ecu. and hope in some way you can find some of that lost hp.
a 255hp motor that puts 168 average to the wheels. wtf.
it's these idiots that put the swap in and go drifting, drag racing, going from point a to point b as fast as they possible can and then their shit blows up. no wonder, you keep it at 7k rpms for long enough, it's going to blow up, especially if you don't take care of it.

lol
They make up for the weight in power though, am I right? Roadsters = <3. My dad is buying an 08 MX-5 tourer? ....the highest trim, with suspension package, premium package, and power hardtop. I got to drive it and it felt VERY similar to my S, but I didn't get a chance to really hit turns and see how it compares where it matters. But it did drive similar and I liked it!
6sp>5spd
6sp>5spd
Yea, roadsters FTW......... (internet hi five)
The S DOES make up for the weight with power, but, in the corners is still 650lbs heavier. but it still a pretty light car compared to the rest of the cars in the UNIVERSE!!!
Also, 3rd gen MX-5's dont feel nothing like the first 2. . . You're not as connected to the road, it's also got more bodyroll, the extra power/torque IS nice tho... Just change the susp with some JIC magic coilovers and your dad will be a BALLER!
Also, for Miatas, 5spd WAY> 6spd
