have you been to university suites, just behind the Square at Port Warwick? its literally a haven for drunken CNU kids. you can be there at like 3PM on a tuesday and people are walking around with cases of beer. A couple hundred people at a block party isnt uncommon, and the cops are there all the time, even during daylight, just to cruise through. it gets kinda wild, and they have undercover ABC officers and NNPD there, so i wouldnt be surprised if they were driving this shitbucket through there.
